Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate. Live in closer to Fairburn .no transportation problems. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and promoting our products. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Upsell products and services to increase revenue
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of wireless electronics sales is a plus
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Ability to learn about technical products and explain their features to customers
- Experience in jewelry or technical sales is an advantage
